Dark Day

On Wednesday night I had a bizarre dream in which I found a little Indian girl wandering around lost. I took her hand and  guided her to where I thought she lived. As we walked along I watched in horror as she was shot in the neck and fell to the floor…I was so shocked and horrified that I woke up…disturbed, depressed and confused.

Later that day, I vaguely heard about Benazir Bhutto and a bomb…I thought they had arrested the men who tried to assassinate her when she first returned to Pakistan….then I heard  that she was dead and struggled to believe it, thinking a new bomb had taken her life….in the car driving to relatives I learned that she had been shot in the neck and my dream came back to me in all its 3D, full technicolour horror and I burst into tears.

I talk a lot on here about the return of the Sacred Feminine: Many times in the past any rise in this energy has been wiped out and destroyed. The assassination of this brave, woman is the latest in a long line of examples of the dark trying to extinguish any glimmer of light in this world…

Regarding Comet Holmes which I have linked with the Sacred Feminine, Jonathan Cainer’s thought of the day is worth quoting in full:

On December 10, I said Comet Holmes could signify the ‘demise of a great leader’. I was hoping this would be wrong. Or that the leader in question would be great, as in ‘terrible’. Or that it would be someone elderly whose departure was hardly unexpected. While it may signal the sudden loss of some other political giant, it’s spooky how Holmes flared up out of nowhere so soon after Benazir Bhutto returned to Pakistan. It strongly suggests her legacy will be profound and powerful, not just in her homeland… but across the whole world.

And looking back at my post ‘Return of the Feminine’, I notice Gina’s prophetic comment:

Reading this the Return of Benazir Bhutto to Pakistan comes to mind. I haven’t a clue about Pakistani politics so have no idea what to make of this but the situation certainly seems to contain the drama and passion the comet seems to denote and I’m absolutely sure these events will prove highly significant one way or another. 1. A truly great tragedy. But, as a sci-fi fan, a quote from Star Wars comes to mind. “If you strike me down, I will only become far more powerful than you could ever have imagined.”
